Honey from Hidden Spring Apiaries is always 100% raw, as well as treatment and antibiotic free. It is produced locally, not imported from hundreds of miles away like some other "Local" honeys, and is carefully tracked from hive to bottle, allowing us to label each container with the ZIP code where the hive that produced it is located. Bottling the honey in this way means that many people find it is excellent for decreasing the effects of seasonal allergies. Our honey is, simply put, the absolute highest quality we can provide, and our attention to detail is reflected in the taste of our product.
